September 9, 2014  Update:

Bad News First: Things were worse than it seemed. Then there was a catastrophic hardware issue. After lots of attempts, the old dedicated server cannot be repaired, restored or even reincarnated. That's why we're still not up and running.  

Also, I've learned that there has been an ongoing issue with the "support@stock20.com" address.  I think I have it fixed now and I am working to get caught up on emails. But if you sent a request, in the last two weeks and have not received a response, please resend.  I'm sorry for the inconvenience. 

Good News: I've been working on solution for a long time, and I've kept local copies of our database of licenses.  I'm pretty close to having our new system online. Now that my kids are back in school, I've got a bit more time to work on it and I'm hoping to have something up and running by the end of next week.
